Miley Cyrus celebrated her 25th birthday yesterday (Thursday, 23rd November). It also happened to be Thanksgiving Day, which made it a double celebration!
When the “Malibu” singer posted a pre-birthday celebration photo of herself on Instagram, many fans speculated that she might be pregnant with Liam Hemsworth’s baby. It didn’t take long before Cyrus took to her social media account to address the rumour.
“So close to b-day time! Stoked for a day full of Tofurkey & loved ones! Ain’t it ironic? #VeganTurkeyBaby,” the pop star captioned the photo. Cyrus can be seen wearing a loose-fitting grey shirt while patting her bloated belly. We also spot her 27-year-old fiance in the mirror reflection taking her picture.
Turns out, that “baby bump” was nothing more than a food baby. “Not pregnant, just eating a shit ton of Tofurky…RUDE!!!!” Cyrus reposted a cropped image of the same snapshot on her Instagram stories and Twitter. She also drew a red arrow to her stomach, where fans assumed it was a baby bump.
Cyrus didn’t let the rumour damper the mood though. “The Voice” coach continued to celebrate her birthday by posting photos of her gifts on Instagram. One of them include a custom sparkling gold necklace that spells, “Lili”, which is her nickname for “The Hunger Games” actor.
“My mannnnnn’s already winnin & it ain’t even my b’day yet! Rainbow LiLi is soooo frigggggen cute!” she captioned the necklace photo. She later added in a separate post, “Lili turnt the birthday party ! Blingin rainbow hoops ! He says there’s more comin! Hehe!”
