The popular weekly gossip programme “MeleTOP” has continued its run following former anchor Neelofa’s departure from the show. As the saying goes, the show must go on, right?

A lot of people have praised Erra’s calm professionalism in handling the show. However, the “Hanya Di Mata” songbird couldn’t avoid herself from receiving backlash from some bitter nitpickers. Refusing to stay mum, the former “Miss Universe 1992” contestant took to her Instagram to address the issue.
“As expected, some of fans will shoot me, demanding for their favourite acts to be the MC. Be patient, y’all. I was just the guest host. Next week will be different artiste, okay? Chill chill,” wrote the “Pasrah” actress. She further thanked her former “Sifu & Tongga” co-star and the rest of the team for the opportunity.
