After almost a year since debuting across Asia, McDonald’s Malaysia finally brings the boba beverage series here.
Has the boba craze died down? Apparently not yet with McDonald’s Malaysia joining the boba trend. For those curious to see if McD’s version will hold up to other more established brands in Malaysia, it is available starting today (Thursday, 3rd September).
McD’s new pearl series include:
- Brown Sugar Boba Latte
- Brown Sugar Boba Milk
- Brown Sugar Boba Americano
Price range:
- RM8.99 for medium
- RM10.99 for large
The Malaysian menu is slightly different from the Philippines that offer Classic Milk Tea McFloat and Wintermelon Milk Tea McFloat. According to the feedback, many enjoyed the latter for its pleasant and sweet caramel flavour. Plus, the regular drink was reasonably priced at just PHP75 (RM6).
Hopefully our McD’s boba drinks are worth the price.
