Women can never be too careful these days. Apart from being sexually harassed by strangers on a daily basis, many have also fallen victim to being spied on by perverts through hidden spy cams.
Similar to a previous case where a man was caught peeping in the women’s public restroom, this woman had a traumatising experience when she discovered that she was being filmed by a strange man in the toilet stall next to her.

Over the weekend, a woman who goes by @zaujatiaiman on TikTok posted a video of a CCTV recording on her channel. The video showed an incident that had occurred at a petrol station in Johor Bahru. According to her caption, she needed to use the restroom while her husband checked on the car tyre’s air pressure. Unfortunately, she didn’t realise that she was being followed by another man.
The CCTV footage showed a man parking his motorcycle before following the victim into the women’s restroom. The victim shared that she heard a noise coming from the toilet stall next to her and quickly pulled up her pants. Much to her horror, she saw a hand holding a smartphone from the other stall when she looked up.
The woman screamed and the offender could be seen trying to flee from the scene before being caught by the victim’s husband and nearby passersby who heard her call for help. In a moment of panic, the pervert deleted the footage he took in the restroom but his phone was later confiscated by the victim who looked through the Trash file and found the “deleted” videos of her.
Thankfully, police arrived at the scene moments after and arrested the perpetrator. @zaujatiaiman ended her post by warning other women to be careful when they’re out in public and advised them to always be aware of their surroundings, especially in a public restroom.
Netizens sympathised with the victim and some even shared their stories of being in similar situations. The victim has yet to post a follow-up video but we hope that she’s doing better after what she’s been through.
