Things don’t look so good for Dato’ Seri Vida. After failing to settle her debt to a subcontractor company, the entrepreneur will have to auction some of her personal belongings and luxury cars.
According to reports, an auction sale was recently announced for 727 items belonging to Dato’ Seri Vida and several luxury cars. The auction sale is part of the settlement case involving the entrepreneur and AH Design Communication. It was scheduled to take place last December, but was postponed. The auction will now take place on 30th October 2025 (Thursday) in Ipoh.

To recap, on 25th November 2024, authorities raided Dato’ Seri Vida’s bungalow in Ipoh after the social media personality failed to settle outstanding payments of more than RM1 million to AH Design Communication since 2018. Among the items seized were four cars and various household items, including a Coway water filter, a dressing table, a refrigerator and a Sharp toaster.
The auction was originally scheduled for December 2024, but Dato’ Seri Vida had requested a postponement, claiming that the seized items were loaned goods. However, after she failed to present solid evidence backing her claim, the court rejected her request. While Dato’ Seri Vida has negotiated with AH Design Communication, a representative for the subcontractor company explained that the two parties couldn’t reach a settlement.

Mohammad Taufik Kamarul said that Dato’ Seri Vida had met up several times to discuss the settlement. However, he added that the figure suggested by the entrepreneur was too low and not suitable for the amount she owed to the company. Taufik also mentioned that the two parties will have another discussion today (16th October 2025, Thursday). However, if a settlement still cannot be reached, the auction will proceed as planned.
Dato’ Seri Vida has yet to release a statement on this. Nevertheless, we hope for the best for all the parties involved and hope they can resolve this issue amicably. What are your thoughts on this?
