Celebrate your Valentine’s Day in style with The Marini’s Group this Friday, 14th February 2025 and surprise your Valentine with a dinner experience to remember. Take in the breathtaking views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline and its notable monuments while enjoying a romantic dinner at Marini’s on 57, the Marble 8 Steakhouse or Mesa on 51.

Each establishment is offering its own specially curated prix-fixe menu – all you have to do is select your preferred setting and cuisine of choice for this year’s memorable moments – contemporary Italian for the Marini’s on 57, elevated steakhouse offerings for Marble 8, and authentic Spanish favourites for Mesa on 51.

Marini’s on 57 Restaurant

Celebrate the day of love with a Michelin Select experience at the multi award-winning Marini’s on 57, KL’s iconic rooftop destination with the city’s closest view of the Petronas Twin Towers and more.

The Marini’s on 57 Valentine’s Day 2025 culinary journey begins with oysters – fondly known the food of love – to awaken the tastebuds. Our dish consists of Gallagher Oysters served with compressed musk melon and lime for a combination of fresh flavours. This will be followed by three signature starters – Scrambled Eggs with parmesan cheese foam and black truffle shavings, Prawn & Crab Cannolo with cocktail sauce and celery chervil salad, and Pan-seared Foie Gras with brioche bread and sweet and sour berry sauce.

Next, Marini’s on 57 is serving an indulgent house-made Lobster Raviolone stuffed with lobster and burrata and served with a light lobster bisque, lobster espuma and sprinklings of gold dust. The main course will then be a personal choice of Wagyu Tenderloin Score 9 with black truffle sauce, Hasselback potatoes, red wine sauce and porcini mushroom timbale; Roasted Lamb Rack with pistachio crust, rosemary jus, Lyonnaise potatoes, artichoke purée and thyme braised baby carrot, or Baked Cod Fish served with crispy potato pavè, artichoke purée, fried leeks and lemon butter sauce with Osietra caviar.

For the pre-dessert, enjoy creamy Truffle Taleggio with toasted brioche bread and honey before the sweet ending of the Raspberry Rose Mousse mini cake with champagne rose lychee jelly and white chocolate whipped ganache and topped with mini hearts.

The Marini’s on 57 Valentine’s Set Dinner is priced at RM2,088++ per couple for non-window seating and RM2,288++ per couple for window seating. Marini’s on 57 is located at Level 57, Petronas Tower 3. For reservations, contact +603 2386 6030, +6017-688 0167, email reservations@marinisgroup.com or visit https://reservations.marinisgroup.com/.

Marble 8 Steakhouse

Enjoy a contemporary steak dining experience accompanied by a panoramic view at Marble 8, a Michelin Select establishment known for its premium Angus and Wagyu meats specially treated in an in-house dry-aging room.

The 2025 Marble 8 Valentine’s Day dinner at this Michelin Select outlet begins with the amuse-bouche, a Prawn & Crab Mini Cannolo served with salmon roe and light wasabi cream. Next up is the Lobster Salad starter, where slices of poached Maine lobster tail are served with drops of basil mayonnaise and Avruga caviar.

Then savour the earthy flavours in the Porcini Risotto, punctuated with the nuttier deeper flavour of winter black truffles and bold umami taste of Parmesan cheese espuma.

For the main dish, guests will need to decide between the rich Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin M9 with smoked eggplant purée, cherry tomato confit, potato fondant and truffle jus, or the milder, more delicate Cod Fish, carefully seared and served with caviar sauce, basil mashed potatoes, roasted mini carrots and Oscietra caviar.

The dinner closes on a sweet note with the Raspberry Tiramisu dessert, our spin on the traditional Italian dessert which pairs of mascarpone raspberry mousse with coffee sponge, followed by a selection of house-made Pralines.

The Marble 8 Valentine’s Day set dinner is priced at RM1,788++ per couple for non-window seating and RM1,888++ per couple for window seating. Marble 8 is located on Level 56, Petronas Tower 3. For reservations, contact +603 2386 6030, +6017-688 0167, email reservations@marinisgroup.com or visit https://reservations.marinisgroup.com/.

Mesa on 51 Restaurant

Add a Spanish touch to your Valentine’s Day this year with a romantic dinner at Mesa on 51. Enjoy flavourful Spanish cuisine while you soak up the ambience and the stunning view together.

Dinner begins with an amuse-bouche of Duck Confit & Foie Gras Croquettes with mixed berries sauce, followed by Gallagher Oysters with Passion Fruit Leche De Tigre and trout roe, and Seared Hokkaido Scallops with cauliflower cream, snow peas and black truffle shavings as the starters.

Next, share the Paella with Beetroot and Mixed Seafood, where earthy flavour of beets and the complex flavours of seafood are enhanced by a delicious saffron alioli. For your personal main, choose between the Filete Trufado, a grilled Wagyu tenderloin Score 7 served with grilled artichoke and truffle boletus jus, and the Bacalao, a baked cod fish with saffron pil-pil sauce and celeriac pavè.

The dinner comes to a sweet finish with a selection of house-made pralines, and our tribute to El Día de San Valentín – the mouthwatering heart-shaped Chocolate Mousse with strawberries and coconut.

The Mesa on 51 Valentine’s Day set dinner is priced at RM1,299++ per couple for non-window seating and RM1,499++ per couple for window seating. Mesa on 51 is located on Level 51, Permata Sapura Tower. For reservations, contact +603 2386 6030, +6017-688 0167, email reservations@marinisgroup.com or visit https://reservations.marinisgroup.com/.
