This must be the season of Thai flavours, because KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) has just introduced the Spicy Sawadee Crunch.
Last Thursday (5th October), McDonald’s Malaysia debuted their very own Thai Fish Burger with Green Curry Sauce. If you’re like us and didn’t really enjoy it that much, then perhaps KFC’s Spicy Sawadee Crunch will do the trick.
Unmistakably Thai, the Spicy Sawadee Crunch fried chicken is mixed with a perfect blend of spices. There are, of course, chilli to add a kick of fiery flavour, lime for that fresh tangy flavour, onion for that aromatic smell, and a blend of seafood Thai spices to pack a punch. Is it finger-licking good? We’ll leave it to you to decide.
The 2-piece Spicy Sawadee Crunch combo is priced at RM13.50 (normal price: RM15.90), while the 3-piece Spicy Sawadee Crunch combo cost RM16.90 (normal price: RM18.90). Each set comes with a drink, whipped potato, and coleslaw.
