While some celebrity lawsuits become highly publicised, others remain secret until the very end. Recently, Malaysian actress Intan Najuwa revealed that her husband had won a lawsuit against popular designer duo Rizman Ruzaini.
On 5th January 2026 (Monday), Intan took to her Instagram account to reveal the result of the lawsuit between her husband, Datuk Ahmad Azraf Azman, and the prominent Malaysian fashion brand owned by Rizman Nordin and Wan Mohd Ruzaini Wan Jamil. According to the case documents, the lawsuit involves a loan repayment claim totalling RM1.3 million.
In her caption, Intan writes, “After nearly three years of silence, my husband and I are now coming forward publicly following the court’s decision.” The actress continues her statement, calling on Rizman Ruzaini to fulfil the loan repayment as directed by the court. Intan also specified that the court case doesn’t involve any other party or fashion designers.
The court had ordered the designer duo to settle three matters. First, the two must pay the sum of RM1.3 million to Datuk Azraf Azman on or before 15th January 2026. Second, they must pay an interest rate of five per cent on the balance amount from 16th January until a full settlement. Third, they must pay the court costs of RM15,000 immediately to Datuk Azraf Azman.

Rizman Ruzaini has yet to issue a response or official statement regarding the issue. However, many netizens have reacted to Intan’s post. Most of the comments support the actress and her husband, noting that the couple must have held back in the past three years. Others also raised eyebrows at the designers for not settling the payment despite a successful business.
According to reports, Intan previously spoke about a designer who had borrowed money from her husband, but failed to repay as promised. Now that it’s out in the open, we hope Rizman Ruzaini will settle the loan as soon as possible to avoid any more issues.
