“This time, no rules, no punishments, and no more secrets,” said Anastasia Steele to Christian Grey in the new trailer for the highly-anticipated “Fifty Shades Darker”, the sequel to the steamy novel-turned-movie, “Fifty Shades Of Grey”.
Get ready to “slip into something a shade darker” for the masquerade ball this Valentine’s Day ’cause things between Mr. Grey and Anastasia are heating up!
Based on E.L. James’ best-selling erotic adult fiction of the same name, “Fifty Shades Darker” is directed by James Foley and penned by the author’s husband, Niall Leonard.
Like its teaser, the 2-minute-long trailer, which was released by Universal Pictures on Tuesday (13th September), opens with fireworks exploding over a lake, shots of 2 mysterious-looking masquerade masks, and Anastasia’s stilettos. But the highlight of video clip is the masquerade ball where Anastasia, who wears a stunning silver gown, attends as Christian’s date.
And of course, the trailer wouldn’t be complete without a “wet” sex scene in the bathroom while Miguel’s sexy cover of “Crazy In Love” can be heard in the background.

“Fifty Shades Darker” stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson as the leads while Kim Basinger and Luke Grime plays Elena Lincoln aka Mrs. Robinson and Elliot Grey respectively.
“Fifty Shades Darker” is slated for release on 10th February 2017 while “Fifty Shades Freed” will hit theatres on 9th February 2018.
