The K-pop fever has been taking over the world with concerts, Korean music festivals, and fan meetings; it’s unstoppable! The upcoming Grand Wave K-pop Music Festival 2022 in Malaysia is going to another huge highlight.
As of now, 7 K-pop acts have been confirmed. They are Girls Generation’s Hyoyeon (효연) aka DJ Hyo, DJ Soda (who had just performed at the Borneo Music Festival Live 2022), EXO‘s Chen (첸) , GOT7‘s Youngjae (유영재), former iKon rapper B.I, Park Bom and Shaun.
Malaysian K-pop fans are no stranger to K-pop music festivals. Having experienced the previous K-Wave Music Festivals (EXID, Monsta X, FT Island, APINK and BtoB are just some of the music acts who have been here), concert-goers got another taste of it when Jackson Wang and CL headlined Good Vibes at Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach.
If that has leave you wanting more, all you K-pop fans will get a full dose of it when the aforementioned K-pop stars perform onstage in Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. There are no word yet if concert organiser Grand Wave Malaysia will be adding more singers to the list. While we wait for more details to be revealed, here’s what we know so far:
