These restaurants concocted an assembly of exclusive food menus focusing on Asian flavours and heritage, elevated through their pairings with the exquisite Hennessy liquid, creating an impeccable gastronomic experience for food and cognac lovers alike.
The brand partnered with many local restaurants across Klang Valley to invite consumers to experience these delicious meals with them, consisting of local gastro bars such as Souled Out and The Beer Factory, modern restaurants like Sticks N Maki and Deep Blue Bar as well as Chinese restaurants such as Fantastic Banquet Seafood Restaurant, One Seafood Restaurant, OUG Jade Restaurant, Ming Ren Xuan and Yu Bao. These restaurants have worked closely in the last couple of months with Hennessy to produce the perfect combination of flavours to complement the cognac.

1. One Seafood Restaurant
Fans of premium crustaceans can visit One Seafood Restaurant. Located in Bukit Bintang, the heart of Kuala Lumpur, patrons of this restaurant can expect a wide selection of gourmet, fresh, Chinese style seafood dishes.
Chef Aun Chin Poh, Executive Chef cum Managing Director of One Seafood Restaurant has over 27 years of culinary experience and is celebrated for his extravagant culinary skills and ways with premium seafood dishes.
For this partnership, Chef Aun has curated a balanced six-course dinner menu. To start, you will be served Salt Grilled Sha-Bai Clams VS Crispy Beancurd Skin, followed by Baked Sea Prawn with Pepper & Foie Gras. These will then be followed by scrumptious Spicy Lamb with Cumin Marinate, Braise Abalone with Golden Brick and Hennessy Chicken and Mushroom Rice in Casserole. For dessert, Chef Aun created a unique Almond paste with Ice Cream. 2. Ming Ren Xuan
Ming Ren Xuan offers a different alternative for Chinese food lovers in Klang Valley. This luxurious restaurant can be found in Avenue K Shopping Mall and has hosted many large family gatherings over the years for all occasions. They specialise in fine Cantonese cuisine and uses only the best quality ingredients to create dishes that combines modern cooking techniques with traditional Chinese ideas on food and nutrition.
Chef Willis of Ming Ren Xuan has a passion for great food and enjoys sharing the joys of cooking through his meticulous creations. He sees cooking as a freedom of expression as he set out to make a name for himself in the culinary world. For this collaboration, he is excited to share his special menu, paired with Hennessy V.S.O.P.
In Ming Ren Xuan, patrons will enjoy Pan-fried Iberico Pork Collar served with Honey Citroen Sauce, Double-boiled Wild Boletus Mushrooms Soup with Chicken and Chinese Herbs, Steamed Whole Dragon Tiger Grouper with Minced Garlic, Wok Fried Tiger Prawns with Chef’s BBQ Sauce, Braised Whole Abalone and Homemade Bean Curd in Premium Oyster Sauce, all served to be savoured alongside their MRX Signature Fried Rice with Assorted Seafood. To finish for dessert, Chef Willis includes a refreshing Double Boiled Ginseng Root with Peach Gum and Fresh Dates.

In Souled Out, patrons can purchase a meal with the options of BBQ Short Ribs or Mixed Satay with a bottle of Hennessy V.S.O.P at RM520 or RM500 respectively. The Beer Factory offers scrumptious pizzas with many flavours to choose from paired with a bottle of Hennessy V.S.O.P at RM460++.
