It appears that the Korean entertainment industry welcomed a new couple just as the year is about to end. Recently, Girls’ Generation (SNSD/소녀시대) member Tiffany Young (티파니 영) and actor Byun Yohan (변요한) announced their relationship, with plans to marry in the future.
On 13th December 2025 (Saturday), news outlets reported that Tiffany and Byun Yohan are dating with marriage in mind. According to reports, the two planned to wed in the fall of 2026. Byun Yohan’s agency, TEAMHOPE, later confirmed the relationship but clarified that they have yet to set a wedding date. Following the news, the couple shared handwritten letters to their fans, personally announcing their relationship and future.
In her letter, Tiffany wrote, “I’m currently in a serious relationship with someone I have positive feelings for, and we are dating with marriage in mind. He is someone who makes me see the world from a perspective that’s optimistic and full of hope, someone who brings me peace of mind. Although we haven’t decided on a concrete schedule, if an important decision is made in the future, I’ll tell my fans directly first.”
Similarly, Byun Yohan wrote in his letter, “I’m currently dating a good person with marriage in mind. Although we don’t have a concrete schedule or plans yet, I’ve always had the strong desire to share this news with my fans first, above all else. I’ve met someone I love who, when I see her smiling face, quickly warms my weary heart, and when we’re together, I find myself wanting to become a better person.”
Both stars also asked fans to continue supporting them as they enter this new stage in life, adding that they will continue working hard to repay the love they’ve received. Tiffany and Byun Yohan were co-stars in the Disney+ drama, “Uncle Samsik”, released in May 2024. Fans have reacted to the news, expressing happiness for the couple and wishing them the best for their future.
