Indonesian fortune teller Mbak You recently dished on the 4 main factors that lead to Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL)‘s surprising rise following the death of her hubby Ashraf Sinclair.
The paranormal activist assured everyone that BCL will do fine in the aftermath of the tragic news. Some of the major factors include undying support from her family members, and interestingly, her special “relationship” with fellow singer, Ariel from the band Noah.
Soon after the news of Ashraf’s passing came to light, some fans assumed that BCL and the “Mungkin Nanti” hit-maker might move to second base. This came after the two of them were often seen together in a number of collab projects. Even her last post prior to the “Gol & Gincu” actor’s death was a duet clip with Ariel called “Menghapus Jejakmu”.
Well, Mbak You has her own opinion on this matter. According to her, BCL has the complete package of Ariel’s ideal type. “Ariel likes women who are independent, principled and bears with her own character, just like BCL,” Mbak You told Grid.id.
She continued, “And BCL is a lady who’s not very dependent (on men). She’s very self-reliant, and can stand by her own feet, and that’s the exact type of women that Ariel adores.”

However, Mbak You said that BCL is not considering finding Ashraf’s replacement anytime soon. In this case, the only man that is the “Cinta Sejati” singer’s main focus at the moment is her 10-year-old son, Noah.
“As far as I can see, BCL is now putting her outmost attention on her one and only child,” Mbak You clarified, before adding, “Although both BCL and Ariel’s characters are much alike, but it’s not necessarily a match. They’re only friends for now.”
During the chat, she further suggested to fans to stop shipping BCL with Ariel, given the state that the starlet is still in mourning state. “She’s still feeling sad (over her late hubby). So, it’s not appropriate if we match people despite the fact that she just lost her beloved one. It’s not ethical for us to do so,” Mbak You said.
