Fan Bingbing has been found guilty yesterday and is ordered to pay about $129 million (884 million yuan) in overdue taxes and fines.

Yesterday, for the first time ever, the Chinese actress released an official letter of apology on her Weibo account which she admits to committing tax evasion and asks the public to forgive her.
