6 months ago, we revealed that Etta Ng (吳卓林) and Andi Autumn were engaged after the Canadian social media influencer left a hint on her Facebook page.
Just moments ago, the lovebirds took to their Instagram accounts to officially announce that they are now wife and wife. Their wedding took place slightly over 2 weeks ago, on 8th November 2018.
The newlyweds, who were all decked out in white, can be seen holding up their marriage certificate. Reports say that the duo registered their marriage in Canada after living in Toronto for the past few months. Many netizens have taken to social media to offer their well-wishes and heartfelt congratulatory messages.
As you can see from the marriage certificate (pictured above), the 19-year-old went with Etta Wu (Ng) Zhuo Lin instead of using her mother’s surname, Ng. Etta has also been adamant about using the name of her famous estrange father, Jackie Chan (成龍) , in the marriage registry.
Jayne Stars claimed that Etta and Andi returned to Hong Kong after their photography business didn’t work out. Their financial troubles also affected their living expanses including the house rent. Etta’s mum, former beauty queen Elaine Ng Yi Lei, reportedly got her manager to pick the couple up from the airport recently.
The newlyweds took to their individual accounts to profess their love for one another. “Home is where love is. Home is safety and I know too many that do not feel safe within the environment they were given but the new tide is rising. A home is with the family that you can choose and with that we are never alone. Love is (undoubtedly) stronger than blood,” Etta wrote.
