Eric Chou (周興哲) is returning to Malaysia for another round of “The Odyssey Journey”. If you recall, the Taiwanese singer’s concert here in June 2023 sold out quickly that another show was added shortly after. Understanding the demand of his fan base, the concert organiser is not making the same mistake this time around.
In case you weren’t aware, “The Odyssey Journey” is derived from Greek mythology, signaling a hero’s journey when he has to undergo thousands of trials and tribulations to become a true hero. “Everyone is trying very hard to be a better person, and it’s because of you, my dear fans, the journey of my journey continues, that I’m working hard with,” Eric previously said.
Dubbed as the “King of the Lovelorn People”, the 29-year-old star has not only captured the hearts of fans across the globe with hits like “How Have You Been?”, The Chaos After You” and “What’s Wrong”, but his songs have also been covered by various international artists (notably Super Junior’s Kyuhyun). Although he has released any original music or album in recent years, he did appear on the “Follow Your Heart OST” for “Youth” (青春要用几行诗来写).
