Is Ed Sheeran ready to make a comeback?
The “Photograph” singer posted a cryptic photo of a pale blue square on his social media accounts today (13th December), exactly 1 year after he announced his break from the Internet.

In his announcement last year, the British singer-songwriter said that he’ll be using his break to work on his 3rd album, writing “I’ve had such an amazing ride over the last 5 years but I find myself seeing the world through a screen and not my eyes so I’m taking this opportunity of me not having to be anywhere or do anything to travel the world and see everything I’ve missed.”
Upon seeing his posts, many fans of Sheeran have been speculating that his latest posts are related to his upcoming album. “Hey, well it’s been exactly one year today so I suppose it means he’s back!! So excited for some new tunes and decent music!” commented a fan named Coombs.
British songwriter Amy Wadge, who penned “Thinking Out Loud” alongside Sheeran, said that he will “break the Internet” when his new album is released.
“The 3rd album is on its way and is the best thing I’ve made. His album is done. All of this year he’s been preparing for his next album,” she said.
