ECCO x Natacha Ramsay-Levi Fall/Winter 2024 collection
Having collaborated for just a year, Danish footwear distributor ECCO and fashion visionary Natacha Ramsay-Levi have managed to create exceedingly luxurious and trendy footwear. And their partnership is still going strong, as the two have created their third shoe collaboration.
In a statement, Ramsay-Levi said that “This collection is the boldest so far. One thing we routinely return to is finding the balance between technicality and elevation, and this season we’ve worked on giving a city vibe to shoes designed for the outdoors. Relying on functionality allows us to experiment with sharp materials.”
This collection features various designs, each ranging from flashy silver rubber boots to rugged and comfortable clogs. Regardless of their difference, each footwear shares some distinct, comfort-first similarities, such as being filled with ECCO’s very own Fluidform tech.
For the uninitiated, this unique cushioning system allows for a flexible walking and running experience while also being lightweight. That is because this liquid-like structure is bonded to the upper portion of the shoe as well as its insole, giving the sense you are almost walking on water.
The iconic silhouette works well with hybrid sneakers, low-cut boots and loafers that feature the pair’s iconic, vivid colour-blocking in shades of azure blue, letterbox red and apple green. The collection also includes combat boots, chunky clogs, and lace-up Derby shoes, all of which use ECCO’s high-shine leathers and matte finishes in shades of olive, black, cocoa, and silver.

DTLR x New Balance 1906R “Starry Night”
New Balance and DTLR have joined forces so many times, it’s almost like they’re inseparable. And that idea is cemented by the fact that they are once again collaborating to bring you the DTLR x New Balance 1906R “Starry Night.”
This brilliant sneaker is meant to capture “the allure of space exploration” through its vibrant colourway. For starters, the mesh upper comes in a bright lime yellow with streaks of black stretching across and inside the shoe. Adding to the mesmerising display of colours is the interplay of synthetic overlays in bright blue.
Anchored in a black base colour, “Starry Nights,” goes beyond its aesthetic inspiration with an even more vibrant N-ergy rubber outsole. In homage to the cosmos, silvery specks are incorporated into the royal purple highlights, while the majority of the sole is rendered in metallic silver. In keeping with the overall colour scheme, bright orange also draws attention to the outsole’s heels. Blend this all together, and you have a truly astronomical shoe.
