Contest: Win Awesome “Madame Web” Merchandise & Movie Tickets

Who Is Madame Web? In Sony’s new “Spider-Man” spin-off, Madame Web is a powerful psychic mutant that is connected to the entire multiversal Spider-Verse. In the comics, Madame Web had sought out various Spider-Men from the multiverse to find the hero that would defeat Spider-Carnage.

However, Sony’s “Madame Web” featuring Dakota Johnson in the titular role, will feature a different Madame Web/ Cassandra Webb. This iteration will feature a much younger Madame Web than the one in the comics. Nonetheless, we always love an origin story and it’s be interesting to see if this eventually connects to Sony’s Spider-Man universes, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and the evolving MCU landscape.

The plot synopsis reads:

“In a switch from the typical genre, Madame Web tells the standalone origin story of one of Marvel publishing’s most enigmatic heroines. The suspense-driven thriller stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who may have clairvoyant abilities. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women destined for powerful futures…if they can all survive a deadly present.”
