Coach has reopened its newly-refurbished store at KLCC, to the delight of its fans. This milestone reaffirms the brand’s commitment to delivering an elevated shopping experience for customers.
The revamped store, spanning 4,058 square feet across its newly-expanded double storey build, reimagines Coach in a contemporary, light palette design concept. Existing architectural elements have also been transformed into distinct fixtures that capture the eye upon entry – most notably, the spiral staircase designed in a stucco finish.
Even so, the space retains key elements of the brand’s code, including Coach’s signature glass block, barrel vault ceiling and terrazzo floor. The open, airy feel of the space welcomes customers into a luxurious shopping experience complete with:
- Bespoke Interiors: An immersive retail environment complete with modern bespoke furnishings across inviting lounge spaces.
- Robust Product Assortment: A comprehensive selection of the latest Men’s and Women’s collections including handbags, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories.
- Personalised Services: A new Coach Craftsmanship Bar, now available on the first floor of the store – offering the brand’s signature craftsmanship features such as customisation, monogramming and lifetime cleaning services for all Coach leather bags.
