#Chatime: 17 New Outlets Opening Soon In Malaysia

by Justin
July 20, 2017
Chatime Malaysia

Guess who’s making a major comeback? It’s Chatime Malaysia!

In recent weeks, we’ve noticed several new Chatime outlets in shopping malls such as Mid Valley Megamall and MyTown Shopping Centre bearing the sign “Opening Soon”. We don’t know about you, but we were pretty stoked by this discovery.

Our suspicion was confirmed when we did a little research and found out that the new Chatime Malaysia Facebook has been up and running since February. After La Kaffa terminated their contract with Bryan Loo’s Loob Holding in January, over 160 Chatime Malaysia outlets were rebranded to Tealive.

As it stands, there are only 4 Chatime outlets in the Klang Valley and 7 other outlets around Malaysia. But that’s all about to change very soon. According to Chatime’s Facebook, 17 new outlets are set to open (8 in Klang Valley and 9 in other parts of Malaysia).

Here are the current Chatime outlets:

  • Chatime KL Sentral
  • Chatime Kota Damansara
  • Chatime Bentong
  • Chatime Genting Highlands
  • Chatime Shell Lingkaran Tengah Melati
  • Chatime Shell MRR2 Gombak
  • Chatime Shell Juru (S), Penang
  • Chatime AEON Mall Ipoh Klebang
  • Chatime AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18
  • Chatime AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam
  • Chatime AEON Mall Ipoh Kinta City

Bubble tea lovers can expect the new outlets at:

  • Chatime AEON Mall Mid Valley
  • Chatime Seremban Gateway
  • Chatime Berjaya Times Square
  • Chatime AEON Mall Puchong
  • Chatime MyTown, Cheras
  • Chatime AEON Mall Shah Alam
  • Chatime AEON Mall Bukit Tinggi, Klang
  • Chatime Ikano (IPC), Damansara
  • Chatime Genting Sky Avenue
  • Chatime Subang Parade
  • Chatime Mahkota Parade, Melaka
  • Chatime AEON Mall Ipoh Kinta City
  • Chatime Landmark Central, Kulim
  • Chatime Central Square, Sg Petani
  • Chatime AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam, Penang
  • Chatime AEON Mall Tebrau City, Johor
  • Chatime AEON Mall Kuching, Sarawak

Are you excited to taste the tealicious drink again? It’s been confirmed that Chatime MyTown, Cheras will open this Saturday (22nd July). We suspect that the other outlets will open around the same time too.

La Kaffa’s new partner, Will Group, previously stated that they hope to open as many as 70 outlets in Malaysia by the end of the year.
