It’s easy to want to look good. Unfortunately, getting to that point isn’t as simple as it looks. Ask anyone and they’ll tell you; it involves strict discipline, a healthy diet and plenty of exercise. However, some are absolutely willing to sacrifice for a good figure. Take beauty influencer Miss Cathryn Li (李元玲) for example.
Cathryn has never shied away from working hard to maintain her shape. Her socials are often littered with her working out and the rewards of doing so! However, her most recent achievement has stunned fans. Cathryn uploaded a selfie showing off her super slim waistline and her steps to achieving it.
Just yesterday (16th November), Cathryn posted a mirror selfie showing off her figure in a black pair of undergarments. However, what really got netizens drooling was her extremely thin waist which appeared to be entirely devoid of fat.
“What do I usually eat?” the Piano Goddess asked rhetorically. “Persistence for five years is no longer persistence, it is a habit.” Knowing her fans would be curious, Cathryn also uploaded photos of her usual diet of veggies and proteins. Needless to say, her post received an overwhelming response.
Most were extremely taken by her stunning figure, including fellow influencer Jeii Pong (庞琂予). “Simply beautiful and stunning,” one said. “(Comic-worthy) waist,” another said. “Self discipline is very important!” Others were more impressed with Cathryn’s diet. “This is very good guide for a high protein and fiber diet plan,” a netizen praised. “(You’re) so amazing,” another fan complimented. “I’d love to practice your habits, but I like Korean BBQ too much.”
The influencer also took the time to explain her diet a little further via her Instagram Stories. Cathryn added that she usually planned her meals around ingredients’ fat content. Additionally, she makes sure to stay away from food high in salt and MSG. “If you are too used to eating seasoning, it will be difficult to go back to eating (natural) food,” she explained.
Cathryn has always kept a close eye on her figure and has compared her body assets before. There’s no denying that she’s certainly changed a lot since her early days. Well, only time will show if she manages to maintain that figure! We can only wish her well.
