Today (Friday, 18th September) is no doubt a sombre date for the Sinclairs, as the late Ashraf Sinclair would’ve turned 41.
In remembering the deceased star on his birthday, his beloved wife, Bunga Citra Lestari, along with his family members, namely mother Khadijah Abdul Rahman, his sister, Aishah, his youngest brother, Adam and also sister-in-law, Yuna, came up with touching tribute posts on their Instagram accounts.

For the Indonesian starlet, this year’s birthday will definitely be different than the previous years, as the late Ashraf is no longer by her side. Bunga Citra Lestari uploaded a photo of her husband, accompanied with a heartfelt caption.
“Thank you for making me believe that I am worthy of your Love. Since you’re gone, I need to be you; Someone who loves me, someone who believes in me. Your words are powerful, and I finally see it. I’m going to love me, just like how you love me. Happy birthday sayang (dear),” the “Cinta Sejati” songstress wrote.

Ashraf’s mom, Khadijah Abdul Rahman (also known as Dida), uploaded a portrait of a drawing that she made herself. According to her, “I promised the late Ashraf that I would paint this money plant for him. Alhamdulillah it is now for Bunga and Noah,” symbolising the gift that the late star has left for the family.

Ashraf’s non-celebrity brother, Adam, wrote on his Instagram post, “Happy birthday, Abang. Today the memory of you is strong. And as much as I miss you, I also appreciate feeling closer to you, knowing that my life is much better having you in it.”
In his subsequent post, he quoted the lyrics from famous indie band, Hujan’s song called “Pagi Yang Gelap” for his caption. He also shared some throwback photos of him and the rest of his family, including his wedding day occasion with wifey, Yuna.
