Ameera Khan has had her fair share of controversies over the years, especially as of late. One of the hot topics about the influencer is her relationship with ex-boyfriend Indonesian actor Jefri Nichol. The two were rumoured to be back together earlier this year after the Malaysian public figure was seen video-calling the actor.
But last night (Sunday, 28th May), fans were even more curious about their relationship after the Indonesian star posted 2 stories on his Instagram of him roaming around, what appears to be, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. The photos were posted without any explanation from the 24-year-old as to why he’s in Malaysia at the moment.
This prompted Malaysian fans to ask the actor’s rumoured girlfriend Ameera Khan on her Instagram about their relationship status and to shed light on his visit to the country. Unfortunately for fans, Little Miss Khan has yet to respond to the requests. The influencer also previously did not confirm the rumours of them getting back together back in March.
While Ameera has been keeping it lowkey regarding the topic, elder sister Neelofa recently shared her thoughts about her sister’s relationship status and recent controversies. Speaking to Astro Gempak, the actress revealed that she’s actually not aware of the rumours surrounding her sister’s relationship with the “DeadOut” star.
“I’m not aware of it. But I do know that many Indonesian men left comments on her IG, she even shared them with me. As for the individual mentioned, I’m not entirely sure,” she said. The celeb also stated that she’s fine with Ameera marrying a non-Malaysian as long as they are kind and the right one for her.
As for the 22-year-old’s controversies, the mother-of-one said that she’s aware of the recent bikini photo outrage on IG. “She’s open to any advice given to her and out of all the siblings, she will listen to me and our brother Aqief. We’re actually seeing each other very soon,” said the Dewi Remaja winner.
