Ameera Khan recently took to her Instagram to vent her frustration towards a florist who had failed to fulfil her request for a heart-shaped bouquet.
In conjunction with her first anniversary with her boyfriend FD Idzham, the younger sister to celebrity-entrepreneur Neelofa had ordered a specially-crafted bouquet of roses. Unfortunately, things turned sour after she received the item, which she remarked, “This is not a heart, LOL.”
“Before ordering flowers please make sure your florist can actually do what you want them do. Or else you’d end up feeling like this. I want to smash that “thing” so bad. I don’t even know what that is because it’s definitely not a heart,” Ameera wrote, seemingly angered at the final product.
The social media celeb continued by apologising to her beloved beau, “I’m so sorry it didn’t it turn out to be like how I wanted it to be sayang. They failed and I’m really pissed.” She accompanied the post by tagging the florist shop – @syarinasheenflowers.
In response, the flower store has apologised for the error they made. They reposted Ameera’s initial Instagram Story update, along with the statement that reads, “This was an unexpected turn and we have sincerely apologised (to Ameera).”
They further added by writing, “She has been a supportive client and we are so burdened by our mistake :(. But we’ll take it as a lesson learnt and we will keep on improving. Keep safe everyone and stay strong.” They also wrote that they “don’t ignore bad reviews”.
