Dato Aliff Syukri is known for many, many things. Most would know him for being one of the more controversial celebrities in Malaysia rather than for his entrepreneurship. Nevertheless, he has certainly made a name for himself in both the business and entertainment industries.
While there are those who don’t support his work, it shouldn’t be too surprising that the 35-year-old has fans. The “Baby Sayang” singer was recently swarmed by fans at an expo where he happily took photos with them. However, his recent post showed something concerning that would make anyone look twice.
Dato Aliff Syukri posted a video on his Instagram where he was seen surrounded by adoring fans who were taking turns meeting and taking selfies with the entrepreneur at an expo in Sabah. It was nothing too out of the ordinary as we’ve seen celebs being swarmed by fans all the time at events. But, netizens pointed out that it seemed as though the business owner’s hand had touched a lady’s breast in the video.
At one point in the video, a fan in a light-coloured yellow dress and glasses wanted to take a photo with the father-of-five. As they were posing for the camera, the “Badang” star extended his hand forward for a thumbs up but looked like he accidentally touched the woman’s left breast when she changed her pose. The incident caused netizens to view the post twice to make sure he didn’t do what they thought he did.
Many took to the comments section to claim it was a trick of the eye. They also told people to watch the video carefully before assuming. Others found it humourous that people would just assume something inappropriate happened in the video. Some made jokes reminding the celeb to think about his sick, pregnant wife.
After inspecting the video ourselves, we can concur with netizens that it didn’t look like there was any accidental touching between Aliff and the fan. But, we’ll let you be the judge of that. Was it just a trick of the eye or was there actual physical contact involved?
