For the first time ever, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are visiting our sunny ol’ Malaysia! Will and Kate are expected to arrive today after visiting Singapore over the past three days. And believe us, Malaysia is absolutely tripping over the feet twice, maybe thrice, whilst stumbling over in the rush to meet them.
And we know just the place to go to catch a glimpse of the beautiful royal couple.
On 13th September 2012 (tomorrow), Will and Kate will arrive in Malaysia and Kate is expect to make a speech at the Kuala Lumpur Hospis Malaysia, a charitable organization that offers care for patients with life-limiting illnesses. After which, The Duke and Duchess will have dinner with our King, Tuanku Abdul Halim. (Source)
Come 14th September (Friday), everyone (yes, we mean EVERYONE) is invited to head to KLCC Park in Kuala Lumpur in the morning between 1000 and 1130 to visit the cultural fair. Here’s where Their Royal Highnesses, Will and Kate will meet and greet Malaysians for the first time! Security will be tight and everyone will have to stay a fair distance away from the royal couple but hey, anything for a glimpse of them, right? (Source)
After which, on the 15th September (Saturday) , The Duke and Duchess will travel to Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, then further on by helicopter to Danum Valley. Will and Kate are expected to tour Danum Valley, the world’s largest remaining rainforest, where they will also be given the opportunity to climb all the way up to the canopy. (Source)
Your best bet? The cultural fair event at KLCC Park in Kuala Lumpur, of course:
