So many gold ages, so much brilliance to chose from.

Over the years, we’ve seen many TV shows come our way. Some great ones, some not so great ones. From drama, to comedy, to thriller, we’ve made a compilation of some of the best TV shows of all time.

Here’s what made our list:

1. Friends

Those who were born in the 90’s knows exactly what I mean when I say, we grew up with Friends. Created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, Friends aired from September 22nd, 1994 to May 6th, 2004. The series which lasted 10 seasons long had its audiences in love with their rom-comic lives and honestly, I can watch Friends a million times and not get bored of it.

2. Mad Men

A superbly textured retrodrama. Mad Men is not just about flawlessly dress ad executives selling the American dream — it’s about the liabilities and risks of success. The secrets and the struggle to lead an authentic life.

3. The Big Bang Theory

What better than a group of geeks meeting an incredibly dense but hot girl? The Big Bang Theory is witty and hilarious plus the perfect chemistry between the main characters as well as the jokes make the show a shining example of geek culture that is filled with funny comic, movie and video game references that will undoubtedly break its audiences into fits of laughter.

4. The Sopranos

The Sopranos is pretty much The Godfather of TV shows. It’s a family saga like no other and a Mafia drama that hit us repeatedly with its psychological riches and dark humour. The best thing about The Sopranos is how it captures its audiences’ emotions making them sympathise with the most human of mobsters and monsters of all: Tony, played by the legendary James Gandolfini.

Game of Thrones Behind the Scenes

5. Game of Thrones

If you’ve not watched the Game of Thrones, then you seriously have to. Even if you’re a big fan of the book series, you need to watch it. Why? Simply because the show does not follow accordingly to the books. It veers in very upsetting and unexpected directions that would cause frustration with fans so yes, you need to watch the Games of Thrones you can bitterly sulk about how the writers ruined George R. R. Martin’s work.

6. Breaking Bad

From the first tragicomic escapade to the heart wrenching finale, Breaking Bad was as addictive as the blue meth that turned Walter White into a criminal legend.
