We know it’s a month early but “it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas~”. With it comes the promise of presents, spending time with loved ones and having a lovely time with people. But, there’s also a romantic side to the festive season, and it seems some local YouTubers are also starting it off early!
There was some fuss previously over YouTube group 3P’s member, Danny Lee and internet personality Jestinna Kuan. Rumours were claiming that the duo were dating. Well, as it turns out, the rumours are true! In fact, according to the newly revealed couple, it should have been obvious!
Just last month (October), Danny and Jestinna released a song together titled “一瞬間 (Moments). The music video showed the duo having sweet couple moments, while making good use of their combined vocals. But, it also left netizens wondering if the duo were dating. Well, fast forward to yesterday (3rd October) when they finally confirmed it!
Jestinna revealed the supposedly ‘obvious’ relationship via a YouTube video. Apparently, Jestinna had allowed her fans to question her about their new music video on her Instagram. And, unsurprisingly, most of the questions were about her relationship with Danny. However, what was surprising was how befuddled the two were by the inquiries.
“We genuinely thought that the song (would make) it obvious,” Danny chipped in. “Who knew that when more people asked about the song, the more confused we (would) get.” Jestinna added that they were sure people would get their answer, despite not making an official statement. “It was obvious,” Danny insisted.
Well, if it wasn’t obvious in the music video, it certainly was in Jestinna’s latest vid! The two were consistently joking with each other, acting cute around each other and stayed in close proximity at all times. Danny added the cherry on the cake by leaning in to press a ‘kiss’ to Jestinna’s cheek, but he was wearing a mask at the time.
In fact, the two weren’t shy about their relationship at all in another interview. Apparently, they were seen holding hands during it, with Danny cuddling up to his girlfriend. At one point, he even laid his head in Jestinna’s lap! Talk about a sweetness overload!
Fans and friends have, of course, left the two congratulatory messages. We too would like to congratulate the duo on getting together! Hopefully, they will have many sweet moments to come.
