British actor Tom Holland has it all – a successful career as an actor, a booming business venture and a loving relationship with actress Zendaya. However, is the star planning to leave Hollywood?
In a recent interview with Men’s Health magazine, the star talks about his plans besides acting, saying he’s always looking for ways to remove himself from showbiz. Tom also revealed he plans to stop acting once he starts a family.
Tom said, “When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore,” revealing his plans to enjoy fatherhood to its fullest. However, the actor will invest his time playing golf, adding, “Golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.”
Of course, the actor isn’t married yet or expecting a little one soon, but he’s serious about his relationship with Zendaya. The actor often gushes about his love, even willingly stepping back to give his partner all the spotlight.
In the same interview, Tom got candid about why he doesn’t walk alongside the actress on red carpets for her projects, explaining, “Because it’s not my moment, it’s her moment. And if we go together, it’s about us.”
However, the two will pose together on the red carpet once their joint projects – Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” and the new Spider-Man instalment – hit theatres. Meanwhile, Tom is working hard on Bero, his non-alcoholic beer brand. The venture is personal for the 28-year-old, who has opened up about his sobriety journey after realising his dependency on alcohol. The public figure has been sober for over two years and plans to remain so.
It seems Tom Holland has his life and career planned out, so we can’t wait to see where the star goes from here. As for his future with Zendaya, let’s hope for good news from the happy couple in 2025.
