Since early October, the Kota Kinabalu Countdown 2025 Instagram account has been gradually revealing its lineup of artists who will take the stage at the grand event later this year. The lineup includes acts from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Korea, with the Korean act being the last one to be revealed.
K-pop enthusiasts have been guessing who the Korean star would be, and they finally got their answer. EXO fans in KL, get ready to purchase those flight tickets, as it was announced yesterday (Sunday, 24th November) that Suho (수호) will be the headliner for the Kota Kinabalu Countdown 2025!
Suho last performed in Malaysia earlier this year at the Mega Star Arena in July. Who can forget the moment the idol got emotional on stage when fans started singing along to EXO songs with him? Now, the “For You Now” singer is returning to the country, this time to Sabah, to headline the Kota Kinabalu Countdown 2025. Held at the city’s iconic waterfront, the celebration will feature a vibrant countdown and a dazzling firework display, framed by Kota Kinabalu’s stunning tropical landscape.
