Tissot T-Race MotoGP Collection: Immortalising 75 Years Of Racing Excellence

For 25 years, Tissot and MotoGP have been through thick and thin, celebrating every success and working through every roadblock. And with the highest class of motorcycle road racing celebrating its 75th anniversary, the Swiss watchmaker decided to celebrate its longstanding partnership by creating a special timepiece.

Introducing the latest addition to the T-Race collection, featuring two brand new timepieces for us to enjoy and love. These new special models come in all shapes and sizes, and featuring new technical designs that were taken from the motorcycle DNA. This collection includes two timepieces that celebrate the 75th anniversary of MotoGP and two extensions of the T-Race Chronograph Quartz range that serve to spice up your options and existing collection. Like a master-machine bike, these watches feature extraordinary details in design as well as unparalleled performance that cannot be found anywhere else.

This momentous occasion cannot be understated. Being the official timekeeper for a quarter of a century, let alone celebrating 75 years of sporting excellence, Tissot created the T-Race MotoGP timepieces to honour its racing legacy as well as the two’s storied partnership. Because of this, naturally, both the MotoGP and T-Race Chronograph Quartz feature obvious inspiration from vehicles, such as brake discs, handlebar-inspired pushes, and engine cooling fins, all of which are colour-coded in a pronounced blue and red palette.

Starting with the automatic Valjoux model, the timepiece features a stunning black PVD bezel that surrounds and protects it and a semi-transparent dial. Through this dial, the wearer can view the complex and delicate inner workings of the watch.

Enjoy The Perfect CNY With Resorts World Genting’s “H-uLar-La” Celebration & Win Up To RM1.8 Million In Prizes!

On the other end, the Tissot T-Race MotoGP Chronograph Quartz provides absolutely precise timekeeping without fail. Compared to its previous counterparts, it still draws from its racing inspiration, but it is fashioned more into a speedometer, which creates a watch that is unique in both look and feel. Though it is meant for the track, both watches are water resistant and capable of surviving a depth of 100 meters. And thanks to its Super-LumiNova® coating for the hand and minutes, you are guaranteed exceptional clarity and great readability, be it day or night.

Both watches come packaged in a mini helmet, which is perfect for the racing lovers who are looking for a way to represent their favourite hobby and/or passion.

However, if you are opting for a more discrete look, then you are welcome to try out Tissot’s two extensions of the T-Race Chrono Quartz range – sleek, refined pieces in black or white. Though these watches have a simpler appearance compared to the previous models, they still share all the hallmarks of the T-Race MotoGP line, allowing them to carry their sporty aesthetic while being appropriate for all occasions.

Regardless of your choice of model, each piece offers a unique way to celebrate the brand’s incredible contribution to racing for the last 75 years. For more information or to snag a piece for yourself, visit Tissot’s official website.
