From microphones to ice cream cones, pop artist Sabrina Carpenter will be releasing a new espresso-flavoured ice cream following the successes of her latest hit “Espresso”. This came as no surprise since the track has been trending everywhere on social media, especially TikTok since its release back in April.
Soon fans could actually get a taste of that “that’s me, Espresso” with her latest collaboration. The singer is partnering up with ice cream brand Van Leeuwen for the new flavour which will be released later this month on 28th June (Friday). While the brand itself hasn’t announced the collab, it’s reported that the flavour is only for a limited-time offer only.
The Pennsylvania-born artist shared the exciting news on her Instagram story over the weekend with a caption that reads, “Available starting JUNE 28th!!!!!“. As seen in the screenshots above, she was seen holding a slightly lavender-blueish carton of ice cream adorned with her photo from the single’s cover art.
With Van Leeuwen known for their renowned tasting ice cream and aesthetically pleasing packaging and outlets, this collaboration couldn’t have been more perfect. Fans have shared their excitement for the pop star’s newest collaboration and are looking forward to adding the carton as an unofficial “merch” to their collections.
Unfortunately for Malaysian fans, the brand Van Leeuwen is not available in our country so they won’t be able to enjoy Sabrina Carpenter’s new “Espresso” ice cream. However, there is apparently a newly opened outlet in Singapore so if you happen to be in the neighbouring country that time, you could try your luck and see if you could try the ice cream once it’s out later this month.
