While Hong Kong actor Louis Koo (古天樂) may be a familiar face in the industry for over 30 years, seeing the star in a swimsuit is a rarity. However, for a recent YouTube series, the star had to wear a fitted swimming outfit, delighting fans with the sight of his figure.
The 54-year-old recently participated in a travel series on YouTube produced by Black Box Office (BBO). The series follows Louis and the show hosts as they travel around Thailand and take part in various challenges throughout the trip. As with most challenges, there will be a punishment for the person who lost. Unfortunately for Louis, he lost one of the challenges and had to put on a swimsuit as punishment.
The actor was given several swimsuit options, including swimming trunks with avocado print. However, Louis went with a more modest one-piece swimsuit, which had more fabric than the other options despite the suit being for women. Initially, the rest of the video, including the scene of Louis wearing the swimsuit, was limited to paying viewers. However, screenshots of the scene recently made its way online and went viral.
In the photos, Louis confidently wore his chosen swimsuit with the tight fabric clinging to his body. While he may have been embarrassed by his punishment, the seasoned actor took it like a champ and put on a brave face for the camera, even posing for some shots. Along with wearing the swimsuit, the star swam in the hotel pool with one of the show’s hosts. Despite being an icon on the big screen, Louis seemed very relaxed and looked like he had fun in the water.
Louis’ appearance on the YouTube series received lots of good reviews and many of his fans hoped to see more of the star on the channel. The actor also seemed to have a great time while on the trip so maybe it’s a win-win situation for him and his fans.
Unfortunately, Louis’ swimsuit scene is limited to members only – but here’s a look at the star picking out his chosen swimming outfit:
