Earlier this month, internet celebrity Bai En (白蒽), formerly known as Bryan Wee, announced her plans to complete her transition by undergoing gender reassignment surgery. Despite the decision raised lots of questions and doubts from the public, Bai En is already in Thailand, showing how adamant she is.

While the main plan in Thailand is to undergo the surgery, Bai En also had a few other agendas for the trip. One of the agenda is meeting up with Taiwanese transgender influencer Little A Spicy (小A辣). The two shared the moment of their meeting through their social media pages. In the Facebook post Bai En shared of the two, the Malaysian public figure also wrote about her conversation with Little A Spicy, also known as Ala.

Apparently, Bai En had asked the Taiwanese queer figure if she regretted getting gender reassignment surgery, to which Ala replied, “I have identified as a woman since I was a little girl. I have no regrets.” It seems her words were the assurance that Bai En needed to convince herself that her decision was what she truly wanted. Bai En also thanked Ala for her support and asked fans for their best wishes as she ventures into a new journey in her life.

Besides meeting up and chatting about their life, it seems that Bai En and Little A Spicy are working together on some content. The two even shot some funny videos, including one showing the difference in their chest sizes. For those curious, Little A Spicy is a known figure in the Taiwanese queer community. She was born a male but underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2020 and legally changed her gender to female in 2021.

We’re glad Bai En has people who can support her in this momentous change in her life – and we wish Bai En all the best in whatever she chooses to do.
