As many know, Malaysian-born entrepreneur Nur Sajat is now living a comfortable and fulfilling life in Australia. She recently participated in a trans beauty pageant, where she grabbed the Top 3 spot, earning the Miss Mardi Gras Pink Triangle Princess title.
However, the life she left in Malaysia wasn’t necessarily shipwreck-free. After her migration to Australia, an auction was ordered over Sajat’s assets at her Kota Damansara home to repay the money she owed to OWA Resources Sdn Bhd, the stockist for her girdle business. The auction on 8th December 2021 raised RM132,000 for Sajat’s RM200,000 debt.
Following the assets auction, it looks like Sajat’s Kota Damansara home will be auctioned off as well. The news was shared on Facebook by Izhaq Marazi, a local property agent. According to the post, the two-storey bungalow at Selangor Polo & Country Club in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, will be auctioned off for RM4.68 million, half of the initial selling price. The date and time for the auction will be on 13th May 2024 (Monday) at 9am.
The Facebook post also shared more details of the 7,000 square feet bungalow built on land measuring 11,093 square feet. The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom bungalow previously belonged to fellow entrepreneur and friend Aliff Syukri. Ishaq also shared that Sajat had plans to sell the property for over RM9.5 million after her move to Australia. However, she reportedly dropped the price to RM7 million and offered the option to rent.
As of reporting, Sajat has yet to respond to the matter. Would you be interested in purchasing the bungalow?
