Earlier in February this year, Nur Sajat shared her plan to auction her prized bungalow in Jalan Polo, Kota Damansara for RM9.5 million. However, it appears that the plan had failed to garner interest from the public.
Over the weekend, the trans figure came up with a post on her official Instagram, @nursajatkamaruzzaman. She revealed that she is currently selling her bungalow at a year-end discount price of RM7 million.
As revealed in the IG Story post, the 37-year-old offered a discount of RM2.5 million, making the double-storey bungalow’s current price RM7 million. Additionally, she revealed that the double-storey bungalow is also now available for rent at RM23,000 per month. Sajat also said that the prices are still negotiable.
“The latest price is only RM7 million, please contact Miss Nadhia for any enquiries or bookings,” the post stated. For interested buyers, they will provide free lawyers and bank loan stamp duty to ensure the smooth process of transaction. For those who don’t know, Sajat purchased the bungalow from Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri Kamaruddin for RM7.5 million back in 2017.
Sajat, who’s currently residing in Australia, previously revealed that she purchased two apartment units worth a whopping RM3 million.
