Krampus
Little Max is having a hard time holding onto his belief in Santa Claus during this hectic Christmas season. Things become even worse when Max’s rude cousins find his letter to Santa when his loudmouth relatives come to visit, and they ridicule him at the dinner table. Max tears the letter and throws the fragments outside into the winter’s night. Regretfully, this awakens the other Christmas spirit – Krampus, the menacing figurehead of St. Nicholas. Krampus and his nasty minions invade the neighborhood during a snowfall. Max’s parents, uncle, aunt, and cousins must put aside their disagreements and work as a team. Only Max’s grandmother knows the exact nature of the monster.
Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey
“Colourful” isn’t quite vivid enough to characterise a fantasy film musical that is so maximalistically designed that the term is excessively embellished. This charming, lighthearted Christmas film, which stars a number of well-known actors and includes songs by John Legend, centres on a young girl who sets out to assist her grandfather, a toymaker, in retrieving his greatest creation. Both adults and children will enjoy the poignant plot, and you won’t be able to stop singing and dancing to the music. You don’t need to search far for a happy Christmas film that feels innovative and new.
Falling For Christmas
Moments after her fiancé pops the question, Sierra suffers a skiing accident that causes her to lose her memories. After the accident, Sierra is left in the care of Jake, a local hotel owner and single father, since her fiancé and father, the hotel billionaire, are unable to find her. A triangle of love develops, and Sierra has to figure out what she really wants.
Candy Cane Lane
In Eddie Murphy and Tracee Ellis Ross’s latest Christmas film, Candy Cane Lane on Prime Video, Chris unintentionally strikes a bargain with an elf, causing the 12 Days of Christmas to come to life and wreaking havoc on his family and community. In this instance, it’s important to use caution when making wishes.
The Advent Calendar
Over the last three years, Eva has been paraplegic. She gets a bizarre advent calendar as a gift on her birthday. But every day brings something new; occasionally nice, but more frequently horrifying and more violent, in place of the customary sweets. This Christmas gets terribly deadly as it goes.
A Boy Called Christmas
In this Christmas movie on Netflix, Nikolas embarks on an amazing quest to locate his father in the elves’ village of Elfhelm. As Nikolas brings home the gift of hope this Christmas, the spirit of the season is evident throughout the film.
Love Hard
When an East Coast boy and an LA girl fall in love, the last thing she wants is to be duped when she plans to surprise him for the holidays. Fun fact: Die Hard and Love Actually, the two main actors’ favourite Christmas movie, are combined to create Love Hard. Although we wouldn’t advise spending time with a complete creep in real life, it is a Christmas movie, so whatever.
Silent Night
Kiera Knightley is making a comeback in a holiday film! She plays the lead in this dark comedy, which comes out 20 years after Love Actually first appeared on screen. For what looks to be the ideal Christmas get-together, Nell, Simon, and their son Art are prepared to greet friends and relatives. Everything is ideal, but one thing stands out: everyone will perish.
Holiday In The Wild
Watch this rather unusual Christmas film about a woman who organises a second honeymoon for herself and her spouse after her husband announces he’s planning to leave her. The woman sends her son off to college. The former veterinarian discovers her passion for animals while on safari and winds up staying longer than anticipated at an elephant sanctuary, where she meets a handsome man and communicates a powerful message for elephant conservation.
Noelle
With her brother Nick taking over for their father this Christmas, Kris Kringle’s daughter is full of Christmas cheer but hopes she could do something meaningful too. Noelle advises Nick to take a break and go away when he feels like he’s going to shatter under the pressure like a gingerbread cookie. However, when Nick doesn’t come back, Noelle has to track down her brother and bring him back in time to save Christmas.
Violent Night

Single All The Way
Another Netflix movie, Single All the Way, centres on Peter, who persuades his best buddy Nick to act as though they are dating for the holidays after years of family criticism of his perpetual single status. Will they end up together?
Holiday Rush
An accomplished radio DJ is excited to spend the holidays with his four overindulged children – that is, until he loses his job and needs to make some budget cuts over the holiday season. This emotional, upbeat film about what matters most over the holidays is geared at families.
The Lodge
Aidan and Mia’s father take them on a family vacation to his girlfriend’s resort six months after their mother commits suicide. But when they begin to encounter weird occurrences, things start to change.
Holidate
This is about as cliched as a Christmas love story gets, which is partly why we adore it. Tired of being alone for the holidays, two strangers decide to be each other’s plus ones for the entire year. You can speculate as to what will happen next.
The Christmas Chronicles 1 & 2
In order to rescue Christmas, two brothers go off on an all-night journey with Mr. Claus in this family-friendly live-action film. This film, which has Kurt Russell as Santa Claus, charming elves, reindeer, and many other traditional Christmas themes, is sure to make both kids and adults chuckle. And there’s a sequel too!

She chooses to grant a young fan’s Christmas dream to meet her in order to get inspiration. When a snowfall arrives, Angelina is having dinner with her fan’s active family, which includes her single dad, and she discovers much more than just inspiration.
Dr. Seuss “The Grinch”
A popular holiday classic by Dr. Seuss, The Grinch is the tale of a misanthropic grouch who sets out to steal and spoil Christmas, only to have his heart warmed by the giving nature of a small child. Yuck!
The Nightmare Before Christmas
If you love Tim Burton’s movies, you should definitely include this on your Christmas movie list. When Halloween Town’s Jack Skellington discovers Christmas Town, he is mesmerised right away. When his obsession with Christmas drives him to kidnap Santa Claus, the scenario gets gripping.
