Xiangshan Fish Steamboat
Over 600 locations of Xiangshan Fish Steamboat exist in China. Due to the fact that it is served in a wooden barrel, their steamboat is particularly unique. They primarily sell fish, so you may pick from a variety of fish species, but you can also get regular steamboat items too. Xiangshan Fish Steamboat will definitely provide a satisfying dining experience, thanks to the cozy setting and unique barrel soups. The flavorful cedar barrel fish is cooked with flavorful cedar wood, fresh fish, black stone, green pepper, and a number of other organic ingredients.
Another highlight of Xiangshan are the four kinds of soup it offers, with each boasting it own health benefits:
- Classic: removes dampness in the body and strengthens the stomach
- Sauerkraut: appetising and refreshing
- Original: provides nourishment to the body
- Tomato: maintains a youthful complexion
- Green pepper: dispels coldness, clears toxins and improves body circulation
- Cedar Barrels: eliminates fatigue and reduces stress
- Black Stones: contains rich minerals
The best way to enjoy this steamboat is to savour the soup first. The soup base is boiled for more than 8 hours using their special recipe. The process extracts sweetness from the bones used, resulting in a delectable and fragrant soup. Next, enjoy the fish. Add your freshly-sliced fish to the soup and cook the fish in the cedar barrel with high-temperature black stones and boiling soup. Once the fish becomes tender, you can enjoy this flavourful fish together with the soup. Last but not least, pair the meal with vegetables and other items. And now you have a wholesome, healthy meal.
