Traditional Japanese restaurant Kazuma, located at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur, is unveiling its newest culinary masterpiece.
Exclusively curated by Japanese Chef Tsutomu Haneishi and his team, the latest line-up promises authentic and rich flavours, combining the freshest and finest quality food with traditional Japanese cooking techniques. You can relish a long list of delights, including Special Nigiri Sushi Tokujyou, Oden Moriawase, Unagi Yanagawa, Gindara Shioyaki/ Teriyaki, Menchi Katsu, Gyuniku Yasai Itame and Yasai No Nimono.
For busy corporates or any special business event, guests can choose new, exciting Teishoku Sets – Grilled Chicken, Grilled Mackerel or Grilled Salmon with salt or teriyaki sauce. A staple Japanese โgo-toโ option starts from RM35 nett – the delicious set contains chawanmushi, steamed rice, miso soup, salad, pickles and fruits. For those who are vegetarian, you can go for the Kazuma Vegetarian Bento.
Besides the new dishes, guests can tuck into signature and classic creations like homemade Saba Ichiya Boshi (grilled seasoned and dried mackerel), Kazuma Seafood Salad (assorted raw fish with seaweed, vegetables and fired noodle), Sukiyaki Nabe (stewed sirloin beef and vegetables with sukiyaki soup base), perfectly Grilled Kushiyaki and more.
