From hobnobbing with celebs at Astro’s Raya Programme Showcase to welcoming the Redmi Note 12 series at the totally EXTRA Xiaomi Fan Festival – were were THERE, and we were vibing!

We don’t know about you, but we’re already feeling Hari Raya in the air with all these Raya events and promotions that are going on. Earlier this week, we attended the launch of Raya Meriah Max at the Sunken Garden at MyTOWN Kuala Lumpur! The stage, the lights, the performances – simply mesmerizing.
Not only did we get to hear the lovely Shiha Zikir’s outstanding live vocals, but we also got to buka puasa with everyone after the event – and the food was absolutely mouthwatering. Our favourite? L’Occitane: We Grow Nature #CultivatorOfChange
Mother Nature has provided us with everything we need in this world, especially for our skincare. L’Occitane invited us for a calming experience to get in touch and be one with nature at their We Grow Nature event, recently. We got to feel the environment around us and learned more about respecting and regenerating biodiversity and supporting the brand’s partner producers through a presentation by Jean-Charles, the biodiversity and sustainable ingredients Director.

Kosé Marine-Friendly UV Protection Launch

The event was held at Mid Valley Megamall, with a constellation of major celebs in attendance. From actress Sharifah Rose to artists Elizabeth Tan and Isaac Voo (邬凯名), and influencer 馒头, we got to hear from them why they love using Kosé’s UV Protection line. We even took part in a quiz about coral with them!

7-Eleven’s Ramadan Celebration
7-Eleven recently celebrated Ramadan in style with the introduction of its revamped CSR initiative “Semurni Kasih”, in addition to launching their upcoming Hari Raya campaign and their new 7-CAFé menu – PAUwer. We had so much fun doing various activities with the celebrity guests, including striking our poses at the 360 Video Booth and the Soft Serve Photobooth; to showing off our punching skills at the PAUwer booth. We also got to hang out with influencers Aqil Zulkiflee, Akiddos and Bibi Qairina. What a night!

Astro Raya Programme Screening
Hari Raya is all about reuniting and gathering with loved ones – and what better way to celebrate the festive season than enjoying a slew of Raya content from Astro? We were treated to a preview of the upcoming shows at Astro’s Raya Programme Screening recently, which was teeming with celebrities!
Among the titles that we look forward to this year include “Quran Pondok Buruk”, “Sumpahan Peti Ais” and “Heist-Dilfitri.” If movies aren’t your thing, then fret not. Astro will also be screening special music shows like “Gegar Vaganza Raya”, “Holla Dolla”, “Bombastika Raya” and also “7 Malam Sepahtu Raya” to lift the Raya spirit.

We attended a fun cook and compost event with @davinesmyofficial for their We Sustain Beauty campaign and had a BLAST making some delicious lasagna. Thanks for having us, Davines!

Xiaomi: Long Live The Mid-Range King
We found ourselves at the Xiaomi Fan Festival to celebrate the official launch of the “mid-range king,” the Redmi Note 12 series. However, it wasn’t just phones – Xiaomi also introduced their latest smartwatch, the Redmi Watch 3, to the party. It was a vibrant affair, filled with great food and even greater gadgets for us to enjoy. And before saying goodbye, we also received a guest performance by Layla Sania and Luqman Podolski, along with a free Redmi Smart Band as a little parting gift.

HONOR Magic Series Launch
HONOR Malaysia launched their dual flagship devices recently, and we were super excited to be in attendance. The event took place at Mayang Sari Grand Ballroom, JW Marriott Hotel, and guests were able to immerse themselves in the magic of the digital world. The HONOR Magic5 Series and HONOR Magic Vs will spearhead the brand’s first-ever foldable smartphone to be launched abroad, making it a highly anticipated device for tech enthusiasts everywhere. The new devices promise to deliver a unique user experience that sets it apart from other smartphones on the market. We got to experience the smartphones first-hand and enjoyed some of their amazing features.

Bath & Body Works’ Raya Fete
We joined Bath & Body Works for their Raya celebration under a star-filed sky @Marini’s On 57 Lounge, KLCC! Aside from the delicious buffet that satiated our taste buds, we got to try their magical selection of candles and fragrances that filled the room with a beautiful aroma.
