Cue the wedding bells – Choi Dong-wook, or better known as Se7en (세븐), and her longtime partner, actress Lee Da Hae (이다해), are getting married this May!
The popular male singer took to his Instagram to deliver the news to his beloved fans. He shared a handwritten letter, and also a photo showing the lovely couple looking dashing and stunning during their pre-wedding shoot.
Se7en’s handwritten letter reads:
“Hello, this is Se7en. I’m celebrating the 20th anniversary of my debut in 2023. I don’t think that would be possible without the love from my fans, who have always cheered for me. Thank you so much, I am always grateful. Today, I am going to talk about something that I’ve wanted to share with you first. I come bearing some good news. For the past eight years, we have shared both happy and sad moments. Thank you for supporting me with your love.
Alongside my girlfriend, Lee Da Hae, we are scheduled to get married on 8th May. From here on, I will strive to be more mature as I take on the responsibility of being the head of a family and also husband. Once again, thank you for always supporting me. With this, I look forward to share more positive updates with you. Thank you.”

Da Hae also took to her Instagram to address the exciting news. The “My Girl” star wrote, “It might not be much of a surprise because we have been together for eight years, but I still have my reservations. I’ve thought hard about how to say this. We have decided to take things to the next level, and to get married in May.”
She added, “I’m still so used to calling him my boyfriend, but I will be even more caring and supportive to Se7en as his wife and lifelong partner. Thank you for staying by my side and making me happy. We would love to get your love and blessings. I will strive to be better – both as an actress and as a married woman. Thank you.”
For those in the dark, the two stars first publicly confirmed their relationship back in 2016 after dating for a year. We can’t to wait Se7en and Da Hae’s big day! 🫰
