Following Le Sserafim’s Chaewon, another female idol was recently suspected of going under the knife. This time, aespa leader Karina (카리나) was accused of getting a boob job!
Sojang recently uploaded a video on their official channel. They wrote, “aespa’s Karina: Wasn’t it natural? Eventually, the surgical [incision] was revealed,” claiming that the idol had undergone cosmetic surgery.
As pointed out by the infamous content creator, Karina has been gaining traction for her voluminous figure ever since she made her official K-pop debut. However, they pointed out that her body looks unnatural, and used TWICE’s Jihyo as an example of a naturally glamorous figure. “Jihyo has developed trapezius muscles to handle the weight. She also has some fat on her arms,” Sojang said.
On the other hand, they explained that Karina does not have developed trapezius muscles and has extremely slim arms. Despite that, her breasts still look voluminous. However, past photos of the idol showed that she had a voluminous body since the beginning. The discussions died down until rumours of Chaewon from Le Sserafim undergoing breast augmentation broke the internet earlier this week.
In a past video, Sojang brought up the scar under the “Fearless” singer’s armpit, which is an outward sign that she did undergo cosmetic surgery. Not long after that, a photo showing Karina’s “surgical scar” also found its way online. In the picture, the scar was seen under her left armpit, leading fans to assume that she had a boob job done on her breasts.

The news was met with dividing responses from K-pop fans. In this case, some argued that Karina’s chest looks bigger because she gained weight. However, others weren’t buying it. They pointed out that the idol’s pretty skinny.
