Malaysian dangdut singer Norashima Ramli (or better known as Baby Shima) recently found herself becoming the talk of the town once again! What’s the tea this time?
It all started after a snippet taken from her latest movie “Biko” made its way on social media. The video shows the local singer apparently getting hot and heavy with her co-star, actor Azrel Ismail.
Shima quickly took to her Instagram to shut down the netizens’ allegations on the matter. According to her, “I don’t know what else to say (about this). A lot of people have been asking me about the video clip. The evidence is in the film! You can watch it clearly on the big screen in the cinema.”
The “Pura-Pura Bujang” singer added, “If you still don’t see it, then it shows that you deliberately want to mess with me.” In the same post, Shima also stated that she is prepared to press legal charges against the individual who came up with the rumour.
The comments section was flooded with numerous internet users sharing their two cents about the latest controversy involving the “Big Stage” alumnus. Most of them advised Shima to sue the person who spread the allegation. To quote one fan, “I’m neither a fan nor a hater of Baby Shima, but I feel really bad for her because she often becomes the target of bullying from the public. People keep finding fault in her. You can use this as evidence to file a suit against those who always embarrass you.”
Not too long after Shima issued her statement, the viral video showing the two actors was removed by the netizen.
