The girls of (G)I-DLE (여자아이들), and also solo artist Wonho (원호) have sparked a frenzy over the posts uploaded on their socials. The idols in question are no strangers when it comes to pushing the boundaries with their bold and unique concepts.
For the uninitiated, (G)I-DLE is set to make a comeback next month with a brand-new album “I Love”, soon after successfully wrapping their concert tour. They recently dropped a captivating artwork poster and also a sketch film for their upcoming title track, “Nxde”.

As the title suggests, the five members appear to bare it all in the film teaser. The title track poster has also drawn keen attention from the fans. In the image, Soyeon, Miyeon, Yuqi, Minnie and Shuhua are seen rocking bleached blonde hair. Needless to say, fans and netizens were left in awe by the beauty of the (G)I-DLE members in the teasers.
Most of them flooded social media with positive comments such as, “They all look so gorgeous,” “All of them with bleached hair is so crazy,” “I am loving this new concept,” “They are breaking boundaries,” “I can’t wait until their album gets released!” “I’m about to faint,” among others. Some even compared their risqué image sported by the members to the iconic sex symbol Marilyn Monroe.
Meanwhile, Wonho recently became a trending topic on the online community platform Nate Pann. This came after his past racy images (which were mostly taken from his IG) resurfaced on social media. The netizen who reposted the pics questioned, “Why is Wonho doing this? He posts a lot of photos that show off the lower part of his body. Why is he (being) like this?”
The posting has since been flooded with plenty of comments from netizens. It appears that many of them were also curious as to what prompted the “Open Mind” singer to post such saucy images. Others also argued that he was simply catering to his fans from the LGBTQ community. According to one fan, “I don’t know if women would like this, but gays like beefy guys like him.” Meanwhile, another commentator chimed in, “Wonho’s not gay, so why is he doing this?”
