Many people fell victim to the deadly virus as the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, claiming many lives. People increasingly understand the significance of keeping a strong immune system, either by arming themselves with stronger defence or by taking better care of their health.
Healthy habits can contribute to the development of a stronger immune system, which serves as the body’s “shield” against viral assaults. These routines include eating a well-balanced diet that is high in micronutrients, engaging in regular physical activity, or even scheduling time to unwind and decompress. This is easier said than done, though, as it can be challenging for some people to maintain consistency over time.
With the 21-Day Good Health By Yourself (GHBY) Immunity Challenge, BiO-LiFE, a natural and holistic healthcare brand with over 30 years of existence in Malaysia, welcomes Malaysians to triumph together!
“Now, more than ever, immunity is something that we should not take for granted. With so many risks around us, it is crucial that we maintain our health and strengthen our immunity, so that we can stay protected. Through this challenge, we want to take the opportunity to encourage Malaysians to get active, stay healthy, and optimize their immunity!” is the company’s motivation for launching the 21-day GHBY Immunity Challenge, according to MEGA BiO-General LiFE’s Manager for Malaysia and Singapore, Balaji Rajagopal.
BiO-LiFE wants to raise awareness of the value of healthy living among Malaysians through this challenge so that we may all develop stronger immune systems to fend off ongoing threats from infectious and mutating viruses. Additionally, the challenge’s most inventive contestants will have the chance to win amazing prizes totalling more than RM46,000!
