Today is a very sad day for celebrity entrepreneur Datuk’ Aliff Syukri and wife, Datin Shahida.
It was revealed that Aliff’s former personal assistant (PA), Ghazi Mat Lawi, has sadly passed away today (Wednesday, 9th September), due to a ruptured appendix.
The unfortunate news was delivered by Shahida on her Instagram account. She wrote, “I’m sorry to inform that our former staff, whom I love dearly like my own brother, Muhammad Ghazali Mat Lawi, has returned to rahmatullah (God). Let’s all together recite the Al-Fatihah and pray that his soul will rest in peace. I will miss you, Ghazi. I love you, but God loves you more.”
Earlier this week, the “Cuba Bahagia” singer’s ex-employee, Melati Abdul Ghani (Kak Mel) took to Instagram to shed light on Ghazi’s critical condition. “I received a call from his brother that he is critically ill now. His appendix had ruptured, causing germs to spread to his lungs,” wrote Kak Mel. She also took the opportunity to apologise for all the inconvenience caused during their stint together as fellow colleagues for the business mogul.
