A Malaysian man named Abudi Alsagoff took to his Facebook yesterday (Monday, 17th August) to share his bad experience during his stay at Sugeh Hill Resort in Janda Baik, Pahang.
Much to his surprise, Abudi later revealed that he was threatened by resort owner, Dato’ Aliff Syukri, who personally asked him to remove his previous post.
So I shared my bad experience at his resort. It was honest and truthful. But instead of improving their staff’s hospitality training, he is threatening me with “DELETE NOW or else” attitude. pic.twitter.com/1C0qmlmaDc

So what caused the ugly drama between the duo?
In his lengthy post on his Facebook, the customer was not satisfied with the room which he said was filled with garbage. Worse, Abudi also claimed that there were cockroaches roaming in the fridge, in addition to other problems. To quote the social media user, “This place is huge and beautiful. But it’s a pity, cause they need to improve the maintenance and their customer service.”
In response, Aliff uploaded a CCTV footage showing a group of visitors at the lobby, presumably Abudi’s family. He vented out his disappointment with the attitude and ethics portrayed by the family in the clip.
The video posted by the “Cuba Bahagia” singer shows a few individuals including children running in front of the counter, a girl playing skip rope and boys playing football. Others were also eating at the area. According to the celebrity entrepreneur, the lobby is not a suitable place to carry out those activities.

Despite that, Aliff apologised (on behalf of the Sugeh Hill Resort management team) to Abudi and his family. He added that visitors are also open to give feedback at the suggestion box placed at the resort so that the team can improve on their shortcomings.
