TVB stars Jackson Lai (黎振燁) and Ashley Chu (朱智賢) were caught having an affair in public earlier this week. Jackson is a married man, while Ashley is dating singer Brian Tse (謝東閔).
Rumour has it that Jackson and Ashley’s affair took off after starting in TVB drama “Zombie” (食腦喪B). Since the cheating scandal broke out, the pair has changed their Instagram accounts to private.
Despite the fact that filming for the drama had wrapped 2 weeks ago, the 2016 Mr. Hong Kong winner drove the actress to a secret location for their meet up. No social distancing amid the Covid-19 outbreak?
Papparazzi busted them and caught them eating cake at the backseat of Jackson’s car. Surprised by the intrusion, Jackson told onlookers that they were “on their way to work” and denied having an affair. He later dropped Ashley back at her home and returned to the TVB studios.
Reports are now claiming that the 34-year-old actor had already asked for divorce from his non-celeb wife, who is 8 months pregnant. Apple Daily alleged that Jackson was spotted moving out of their apartment in public housing project, Upper Wong Tai Sin Estate, with his luggages and personal items a few weeks ago.
On the day that Jackson was caught having some cake time with Ashley in his vehicle, his pregnant wife was sighted going for hospital checkups by herself. In the clip below, the new mum was seen taking the metro to Kwong Wah Hospital for her appointment.
