Just a day after Rain (비) announced his marriage with Kim Tae Hee (김태희), veteran K-Pop singer BoA (보아) and K-Drama actor Joo Won (주원, of “Yong-pal” fame) have confirmed their relationship!
According to TV report, who first broke the news, the couple has been dating since late last year. They started developing feelings for each other after a particular event with other colleagues and acquaintances. It was also reported that BoA and Joo Won bonded over their similar taste in music and hobbies (they both enjoy golf and hiking).
A source close to the lovebirds said, “Anyone who looks can tell that Joo Won and BoA are a warm couple. They share similar interests and tastes, so they understand each other well. They are meeting each other carefully and sweetly. Their appearance is very beautiful. It’s a couple everyone can envy.”
The actor’s label, Huayi Brothers, also confirmed the news. In a statement, they said, “Joo Won is in a relationship with BoA. We did not check in-depth with Joo Won since it is a personal matter, but we will confirm it.”
